onetap web Fareham · Hampshire

Web design in Fareham for people who are out on the job all day.

If you are up a ladder at four o’clock you are not writing quotes. A site on your own domain, plus quoting and invoicing you can run from your phone between jobs, so the paperwork stops eating your evenings. One monthly fee, nothing up front.

01 / What you get

Paperwork that does itself.

Six things aimed squarely at trades and service businesses.

01

Quote requests

Customer says what they need and where. It arrives as a job rather than a voicemail you have to decode later.

02

Quotes from your phone

Pick the work, set the price, send it with your own branding. Two minutes in the van instead of an hour at the kitchen table.

03

Job tracking

Enquiry, quoted, booked, done, paid. You can see where everything is without a notebook.

04

Invoices that chase

One-off or recurring, card or BACS, chased automatically so you are not the one sending awkward reminders.

05

Coverage area

Say which towns you cover and the site says so plainly, which stops calls from forty miles away.

06

A number that dials

One tap to ring you. Obvious, and missing from most trade sites.

Quoting and invoicing is the £15 Trades plan. See what is in it →

02 / Trade work

A trade business running this setup.

A to Z Removals is not in Fareham, it is in Birmingham. It is the clearest example of the trade side working properly, so it is the one we show.

04 / FAQ

Fareham questions, answered.

Mostly from sole traders who are not sure a site is worth the bother.

Do you cover Fareham properly, or is it a stretch?
Fareham is a normal working area for us. We are based in Eastleigh, so Fareham, Portchester, Titchfield and Locks Heath are all a straightforward drive. We can come to you.
I am a one-man trade. Is a website worth it?
Only if it saves you time or wins work you would otherwise miss. What usually does both is the quoting side: a customer fills in what they need, you send a branded quote from your phone, and it tracks through to paid without a paper trail. The website is what makes that possible, not the point in itself.
Most of my work comes from word of mouth. What changes?
Word of mouth still ends with someone searching your name to check you are real. If nothing comes up, or a Facebook page from 2019 comes up, you lose some of them at that exact moment. A site is mostly there to confirm you are a proper business.
What does the quoting side actually do?
Takes the enquiry, lets you send a priced quote with your own branding, tracks it from sent to accepted, then turns it into an invoice and chases it if it goes unpaid. That is the £15 Trades plan rather than the £10 one.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
Usually. We rebuild it properly rather than patching it, keep your existing page addresses so you do not lose whatever ranking you have, and move the domain across. If you are mid-contract elsewhere we will tell you whether it is worth waiting.
Whiteley, Warsash, Stubbington. All covered?
Yes, along with Park Gate, Locks Heath, Hill Head and Portchester. The list on this page is not exhaustive.
