Is there a setup fee?

No. There's no setup fee on any plan, so your first invoice is just the monthly fee.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. Every plan runs month to month and you can cancel whenever you like. The domain and the pages are yours either way.

What does an app or bespoke software cost?

It's quoted per project, because the work varies too much for a list price. We split it into phases, price each one, and you pay as each phase is finished.

Are there card fees on top?

Only when a customer pays online. On the booking plans it's 1.9% plus 30p per transaction, and free or manual bookings cost nothing. Trade invoices paid by bank transfer are capped at £5.50, however big the invoice.

How quickly can it be live?

Usually within 48 hours of us having your details, photos and prices.

Trades · £15 a month

Adds online quote requests, job tracking, invoicing, automatic reminders for late payers and basic SEO. For tradespeople.

Health & Beauty · £15 a month

Adds online booking, deposits, automatic reminders and basic SEO. For salons and barbers.

Shops · £15 a month

Adds a product catalogue, a basket and card checkout paid straight into your own account. For independent retailers.

SEO · £10 a month

Service and area pages, structured data and your reviews are set up with no upfront charge. The monthly fee covers a plain English report and any site changes that come out of it. How our SEO works.

Extra content updates · £5 a month

Every plan includes a couple of changes a month. This takes it up to ten, which suits businesses that change their prices or offers often.

Card payments · 1.9% + 30p

You’re only charged this when a customer pays online. Free bookings and payments taken in person cost nothing.

Trade invoices by bank transfer

Capped at £5.50 per invoice however big it is, so you don’t lose a percentage on a four-figure job.

Text message reminders

You buy these as credits when you need them, rather than paying for them in the monthly fee. The smallest pack is £3.50.
