Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee on any plan. Your first invoice is the monthly fee and nothing else.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time. The domain and the pages are yours either way.

What does an app or bespoke software cost?

That is quoted per project, because the work varies too much for a list price. We scope it into phases, price each phase, and you pay on completion of each one.

Are there card fees on top?

Only when a customer actually pays online. On booking plans that is 1.9% plus 30p per transaction, and nothing at all on free or manual bookings. Trade invoices paid by bank transfer are capped at £5.50 however large the invoice.

How quickly can it be live?

Usually within 48 hours of us having your details, photos and prices.

Extra content updates · £5 a month

Every plan includes a couple of changes a month. This lifts it to ten, for businesses that change prices or offers often.

Card payments · 1.9% + 30p

Charged only when a customer actually pays online. Free bookings and payments taken in person cost nothing.

Trade invoices by bank transfer

Capped at £5.50 per invoice however large it is, so a four figure job does not carry a percentage.

Text message reminders

Bought as credits when you want them rather than bundled into the monthly, starting at £3.50.
