What do I actually pay for?
One monthly fee covers the website, domain, hosting, SSL, security, backups, email support, and a couple of content updates each month — change a price, swap a photo, update your hours. That's it.
What if I need more updates or something bespoke?
Extra content updates and priority support can be added for a small monthly top-up. Bespoke branding, promotional materials, or custom software built around how you work are available as one-off projects — just ask and we'll quote it.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live within 48 hours of you sending us your details. If you want changes after that, we keep going until it's right.
What if I don't know what I want?
We'll show you a draft based on your business, then you tell us what to change. No technical knowledge needed — just an opinion.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You can register the domain in your own name from the start, or we'll register and renew it for you as part of the monthly fee — and transfer it across to you at no cost if you ever decide to leave.
What about Google?
Every site is built with SEO baked in — meta tags, schema markup, fast loading. You'll be on Google within a few days.
Can I take bookings or payments?
Yes — every plan apart from Sites is built around it. Trades sends quotes and BACS invoices, Beauty takes online bookings and card payments, Shops sells products through a Stripe checkout, and Food handles collection orders. Start on Sites if you don't need any of that yet, and move up whenever you do.
